[Vtigercrm-developers] Create user with API in vtiger 7

Hi, 

I get en error when I am trying to create user with API in vtiger 7

Create failed
ACCESS_DENIED: Permission to perform the operation is denied for id

Same code works for vtiger 6.5. User is admin and has all rights.

Any idea what could be wrong?
