[Vtigercrm-developers] RestfulApi : New open source module for VtigerCRM

@Alexander: RestfulApi works fine with Vtiger 6.x. I did not try with 7.x.
Let me know if there are bugs.

@Alan: The principals benefits are:
- You can sign in with login and password
- You can use crm_id instead of webservice_id
- Thanks to the .htaccess file you can use a REST syntax for your URL
- You can get PickList values and dependencies
