[Vtigercrm-developers] vt7 - crmentity.source field

In vtiger 7, there is a new "source" field in vtiger crmentity table. Is 
there any specification/documentattion which values are expected/used in 
vtiger system ? Is there some documentation regarding database changes 
between vtiger6 and vtiger 7 ?

Or we have to find it all again by ourselves?

If there is no official document/place, can we (community) create some 
platform for it?
