[Vtigercrm-developers] Tickets, Modified Time & Comments

Yes you are right, but vtiger don't actualize Modified tine if the 
"related" record is changed. We have created a separate field "Last 
comment date" in TT module and defined new Workflow:
1/ on every save
2/ if comments is added
3/ update field task where Last comment date field == get_date('today')

This is "compatible" solution.
