Actually registration key should be generated ONCE for domain on vendor

This is how our Licnese validation currently works. Only one time 
(during registration) we controll if License is valid, if yes, then we 
save URL and Company information into validation table. After this 
process our script compare saved URL and Company information with 
currently defined (used) URL and company information in used vtiger 
installation, so no comunication to our server is needed. The 
comunication is necessary if you change BOTH parameters, then the 
extension ask for Reactivate License. Each our extension allows you to 
use one Licnese two time one Productive and One enviroment installation.
