[Vtigercrm-developers] All Records search bar has slipped down

[TimeZone]

At least a month ago, I upgraded from 6.3 to 6.4. As a result of that
the "[All Records] [Type Keyword and press enter ]" global search
function has now moved from the box that holds the company logo to the
next element down the page. 

Any list view Actions drop-down list is now hidden behind the [All
Records] [Type Keyword and press enter ] and cannot be accessed.
Likewise the Filters cannot be selected. Any normal functions that
normally exist do not actually work. 

Has anyone else seen this?
