[Vtigercrm-developers] Module Migration

Hi,

I have a vtiger GRM module of version 5.4, as per my development i need to
install version 6.3. When i try to install it keeps saying that
*manifest.xml is not unzipped*.

It is crucial for my development, can anybody help me!
