[Vtigercrm-developers] Vtiger 6.2 convert Lead not Working

Hello

I have an issue when trying to convert lead to
account/organizations/contacts with UI as when I click on the button
nothing happens and no error message is thrown.

This is a known bug? or Am i missing something

Mapping has been configured.
