[Vtigercrm-developers] Separating Create/Edit into 2 separate Role/Profile permissions

Wouldn't be possible to add an event inside the acl? The handler could
manage a new set of permissions.

In this way there would be less needed effort inside the core and there
would be a lot of new available features to the developers.
