[Vtigercrm-developers] Problem at first access of new user

I have just had this reported to me by a customer whom I recently 
applied the "security patch" issued by vtiger.

In the file modules/Users/actions/Save.php if you remove the patch then 
I was able to save a new users settings. With the patch applied I am not.

Prasad, can you help?
