err, OK, well I won't help then.
If you want to get a better answer you are going to need to provide some 
better information on how to reproduce the problem, for example, can you 
send a mail from a co.th address that you are confident can't be opened 
to anyone willing to have a look at the problem?

if nobody has seen, or knows how to reproduce the problem they won't 
have much to say about it. If "register a .co.th domain and install a 
mail server" is step 1 in reproducing the problem then nobody is going 
to leap in to debug the situation.
