[Vtigercrm-developers] regex - anti loop effect conditions

Sometimes happen that we accidentally meet loop in mail converter while
creating tickets (email forwarding, tickets back from another ticketing
system etc)
Wondering if there is a way to construct regex in mail scanner what will
read ONLY first "ticket id" ignoring other existing in subject.

Any clue?
