That is obviously a logical approach, however I could not see how I could 
relate the Tasks to Milestones with this approach, so I built the sql to suit.

Has anyone done 'real PM work' with the current state of the Projects | 
Milestones | Tasks. 

My understanding is Tasks should always have a link to Milestones, since a 
Milestone is generally considered a point in time in the running of a group of 
tasks.

I digress; I need some assistance to create a custom workflow function. 

Where to start?
