[Vtigercrm-developers] Attachments - privileges

Privileges on storage: domainowner/apache 774
Now, once I create new document with attachment, vtiger creating respective
folders/subfolders
(it is related to current week so only "week4" is analysed)
storage/2016/February/week4
No folder week4 is assigned to apache/apache 755 and uploaded file 644
All fine but apache/apache doesn't seems to be correct?

Above comes form issue that sometimes users create documents with
attachments, but attachments are not recorders in file system (just shows
"file name" what is non-clickable)

Appreciate help in debugging above
