[Vtigercrm-developers] Duplicate entries in vtiger_modtracker_detail

Has anyone come across duplicate entries in vtiger_modtracker_detail before?
If so how did you resolve it? Note, the issue is not being caused by a rogue
workflow, as the issue is occurring in all modules. Click the link below to
