[Vtigercrm-developers] Vtiger 7 preview

Hi Manuel,

"Seems strange to me the fact that layouts folders and new libraries folder
inside layouts are being introduced."

We should place libraries with in templates folder (v7), because v7 is
dependent on those libraries. This way we can start differentiate libraries
between templates.

So in future we can easily implement new layouts for Vtiger Opensource.
