[Vtigercrm-developers] Customer portal encoding issue

Vtiger not encoding properly. In Asia guys trying avoid it as much as
possible due to nightmare complicated and totally messed up characters
en/decoding.
If somebody send you email encoded with TIS-620 or BIG5 or similar, you
will be unable to use mail converter or mail manager.
