[Vtigercrm-developers] On Ticket Create from Mail Scanner attachement is saved not as it is saved if you create a Ticket from CRM

More to the issue. Mail Scanner creates not one but two documents from the
email attachment. One is assigned to the Contact, the other is assigned to
the Account. Plus it is saved in the Ticket.

This is quite critical. Because creating Tickets with Mail Scanner will
generate double entries for documents. 

I need Mail Scanner to create document from attachment in exactly same way
as if you would create a Ticket in CRM.

Anyone can help?
