I just got found that the issue is caused by cron job which is initiated at
scheduled reports, like sutharsan said earlier on this thread. 

Earlier i did server migration while doing some of the report related record
indexes were not updated. Due to that i got an error like ""crmid" not
found" in vtigercrm.log when cron hits scheduled reports it keeps running
without releasing connection to mysqld eventually i killed that manually by
using process id "*$kill process_id*". There i realised that due to
migration some indexed table records were not updated.

So for solution i removed all reports and created again now it is working
fine.
