Hi,

I'm running a vtiger local instance as well as self hosted instance. I'm
using sublime text editor for vtiger Since 2 years. Now i got notified that
debugging in an IDE gives more interaction with code. So i would like to
setup my local and hosted instances in an IDE which allow me to debug the
particular set of code with breakpoints like in Eclipse we usually do. 

For that i trying from 2 months for setting up an environment I tried
different IDE's but i'm unable to debug the code. Please suggest the best
IDE which has to allow me to debug the vtiger when running.
