[Vtigercrm-developers] Licensing in commercial extensions

This is very serious and frustrating stuff which developer of PDFMaker and
EmailMaker ignoring constantly.
My client reported many times that their licensing method is very dangerous
in
production environment.
Now, what happen again is they without ANY visible reason and without ANY
code touching
EmailMaker stops working sending to Customers message:



*Invalid license key! Please contact the vendor of EMAIL Maker.*
This ridiculous situation might apply to other extensions, so I writing
here  to warn everyone
that they might face shameful issues when they will try depend on third
partyvtiger extensions.

My client pointed to Its4You that licensing method used by Stefan Warnat in
his extensions is
optimal. Even something will goes wrong extension still working in
background.
EmailMaker on pretty every database changes calling for licensing (even
extension is disabled in ModuleManager!!!!) and here is another question:
How Vtiger main developer dealing with approving apps in extension store?
Why they allowing for such behavior?

With all respect to Its4You guys this message to the list must be revealed
as to not allow for ignoring crucial issues anymore and start listening
customers (others please keep it in mind too)
