[Vtigercrm-developers] PDFMaker, workflows, mailscanner

CRM 1 have running mail scanner which is working without problems.
Scanner reading, creating tickets and attaching to tickets relevant files.
BUT, when email is sent to CRM 1 from CRM 2 with use of workflow
pushing PDFMaker attachment, it converting email to ticket but NOT
attaching
any related files (not harvesting from email as it not exist in Document
module too).
Wondering if anyone has met such behavior and how to resolve it
