Hi Alan,
I've recently bought the one from CRM-NOW (price is around 5€), it seems to
work pretty well.
It's not perfect as for example it does not handle file/photo upload fields
but it's far better than vTiger official app.

I've installed it on a smartphone but it seems to be available also for
Tablet.
It requires crmtogo free module which is an enhanced version of standard
Mobile module.
