Ahh - I see.

NO vtiger is your customer. They supply the Invoice to the end user - 
the end user buys the module from vtiger Inc. They pay us minus their 
commission...

(This is also much easier when you are in the EU as we don have to put 
every transaction on the EC Sales List...)
