[Vtigercrm-developers] Problems when importing a new module

Dear,

I have a version 6.3 of vtiger installed on localhost, when I enter the option
to import a module by zip file, does not enable the button to import.

In another installation on the same localhost this button enables usually
when time import the same module.

Any idea what could be?
