Hi

I need to see sample of application (php and html files - all ready to set
within joomla) what will do the following:

Login to webservices and pull Organization details - (could be both: choose
organization from pick list and second: particular organization will be
hardcoded. so this form will be related to one organization only -
organization name should be printed here too)
On the same form should be some checkboxes and maybe picklist what after
check and click OK button will add record to custom module - related to
this organization 1:M
So above check boxes, picklist needs to be in custom module

That's for beginning of extending of my poor programming knowledge .
I willing to donate for help.
