Hi,

for incoming calls you should put AGI script in  from-trunk context and for
outgoing calls you should create new context (vtiger-outbound) and add it
to extensions.conf
in vtiger add name  of sip trunk and newly created context (vtiger-outbound)

your sip  phones should have from-internal context as default.

this way you will bave working configuration.
