[Vtigercrm-developers] individual taxes not working

When I switch to individual taxes and click on the tax link at a position, it
comes up with a popup, with a missing translation and a error message,
please see in the screenshot uploaded at nabble:

What can I do about this, how is it supposed to work, where can I find any
documentation about the individual taxes feature?
