[Vtigercrm-developers] Cannot find/let alone edit the email content of Tickets

Hi developers,

I am sure this has been asked before.  (perhaps some one can answer how to 
search the archives with windows/linux)

I would like to modify the standard email sent out by MailScanner(?) as a 
result of any changes in a Ticket.

In particular I would like it to show the user name of the person who modified 
the record.

All assistance is appreciated.
