[Vtigercrm-developers] Strict standards

I thing I removed from any config files "E_STRICT" adjacent to
"error_reporting = "
Despite that, still errors. Actually without log on screen/file it shows
"Sorry! Attempt to access restricted file" but behind that is mentioned
issue i guess
