Hi,

Sorry! for early response.


I tried with the above value's &#xA0;but I couldn't &#xA0;able to configure the Outgoing server itself.

We should now &#xA0;whether the &#xA0;outgoing server is working fine with "Work flow emails" in customer instance &#xA0;or does &#xA0;the user is facing the issue only with the &#xA0;forgot password. It help us to trac the issue.

Hi,

From the given attachment we can find that you had made use of wrong server protocol, port and user_name. It should be as follows.


syntax &#xA0;: &#xA0;Protocol://SMTP server:port
Ex: ssl://smtp.gmail.com:465



server_username should be an email_id you had made use of integer, which is not supported.

Hi,

We are not able to reproduce this issue in latest vtiger 6.2 instance, Can you please do a check against "vtiger_systems" table to make a check whether outgoing server details are saved here
