Hi,

Sorry! for early response.

I tried with the above value's  but I couldn't  able to configure the
Outgoing server itself.
We should now  whether the  outgoing server is working fine with "Work flow
emails" in customer instance  or does  the user is facing the issue only
with the  forgot password. It help us to trac the issue.
