What’s your issue with Mailmanager? It’s not a full webmail client but is not that bad.

Does anyone use vtiger without email client?
I finally removed MailManager as its useless and thinking to use only mailconverter.
What is the best plan to deal with incoming/outgoing emails without access to mailbox? I mean it obvious with use of tickets, however seeking for limitations or just best solution. Help appreciated
