[Vtigercrm-developers] Download window opens when I access vtiger

I have setup vtiger 6.1.0 on a server sitting behind a firewal.

I am able to access the instance from the public IP, but on the lan IP I
get a window prompting to download index.php.

I installed vtiger from the public IP.
