Hi and thank you for choosing our portal! 

In response to your requests I could say:

1) We will consider your suggestion for our next update/theme, anyway we had
make really simple to customize your customer portal theme, so you can
easily change the appearance to fit your needs, or if you had special
requests we can do a custom theme for you.

2) We could not implement this functionality for the moment, this because
the vtiger customer portal web services not provides any function to delete
ticket related documents, than we require to edit the standard vtiger files
and/or add custom files in your vtiger installation, we apologize but that
is against our policy for the moment because we want to mantain the setup as
simple as possible without require you to have ftp access or api keys of
your vtiger installation, but if you want we could develop a custom solution
for you!
