If I can put in my 2c
I really think it’s a bad idea to add field elements purely for visual effect.
But having said that greater control over the layout of forms would be a real advantage.

Actually,
Perhaps this should be a free-text UI instead. So you could enter a "Note: Please remember bla bla" etc., or choose to keep the text-string empty which would in practice make it a spacer?
This would be quite good in terms of being able to make it more userfriendly for non-tech savvy CRM-users.
Would you consider implementing such a UI type?

Hi again,
Basically it would allow an admin to set up his details-view so that it could look like this:
Firstname Lastname
Title <empty-placeholder>
Company .. etc.
So its 100% for layout purposes, where I can currently organize the order of fields, but introducing a placeholder field (which would display exactly nothing in the HTML frontend) means that I can control the layout further.

Dear VTiger-team.
Would it be possible to add a new field-type (UI-type) that will be completely empty?
Ie. just for spacing / separator?
I would be very nice in order to work a little more with the spacing / layout of the records, both when entering and when viewing details.
If not, would you consider adding it? I can also have the UI-type developed and supply to you if it will make your job easier :)
Best,
Chris
