[Vtigercrm-developers] Folder permissions to installation

Hi.

Finally i got what's going on.

I searched what process are using apache as user, so, i find that php-fpm
configuration pool was configured with user and group apache, so, i changed
it to nginx and the folder and files permission passed ok.
