[Vtigercrm-developers] Bug Workflow Not Being Executed

Hello,

Found another bug in workflows
Test Scenario:

If you create a picklist or add a new value to picklist with accentuation like ç or é or õ in HelpDesk Status for example.
Then create a workflow with condition if Status as changed to "value with ç or é or õ", workflow is not executed and do not does the task you configure to do.
