I read & write to this list through gmane (nntp) in Thunderbird and it 
is fully indexed and searchable. Nabble also works for searching I think.

Test. If it's a relatively large database (> 1m rows) the standard 
migration scripts will almost certainly stop  before they have finished 
but with no errors recorded.
