[Vtigercrm-developers] VT6 Minor UI improvement request

One of our customers asked if they could have the left and right 
columns' menu and buttons etc. remain static on the page so when they 
have a long module record and need to scroll down to read the 
information at the bottom the various menu options are still visible.

Seems like a sensible idea to me and one that shouldn't be too hard to 
achieve with some css.

Thoughts?
