[Vtigercrm-developers] mailscanner/converter not working (again)

Dear Uma,
Just kept one simple rule to make sure nothing was stopping it.
As written, I have set one rule for now: add contacts[from] (als o had [to] rules etc but for testing I kept it simple. Using our own linux setup for the mailbox.

Have you defined a rule for attaching mails to contacts records during configuring mail converter?

Setup scans one mailbox, add to contacts[from] no rules. Same mailbox is used in mailmanager without issues.

I have set all messages to “unread” to see if it made a difference but still no success.
Scanner is running under cron but also tested with the manual option. It keeps running forever, not a single mail added, no errors shown.
No new ones, no older ones (scanned earlier with the previous setup).
Mailbox runs under SSL, certs are all official.

No errors in the log.
PHP 5.5
vTiger version: 6.20 / 20150128

How to proceed from here?
