It sounds like your upgrade didn't go too well.

There are a quite a few threads on here examining various issues that 
can happen, but you don't really give enough information for us to help...

My suggestion would be you revert to your backup of 6.0 for daily use 
and then re-run the upgrade on a test system and work out what is going 
wrong.
