[Vtigercrm-developers] 6.1 upgrade from 5.4 - clean up of files

Jonathan,

SQL changes to the core and standard modules are
inside modules/Migration/schema (version to version incrementally).
+ Custom module handle their migration through manifest.xml

This is what is used in standard migration.
