[Vtigercrm-developers] Blank Page when Adding or Editing Users

Hello Team, 

I have been having issues with a blank page showing when trying to edit or
add a new user. 
This same "blank page" issue is shown when clicking on "my preferences". 

I see some users have run into it in other versions but I have yet to find a
resolve. 

Running on Server 2008R2 

Any advice or ideas would be great.
