[Vtigercrm-developers] Fwd: Modified/Created time fields in summary views

Hi All,

This is still an unresolved issue - can anybody comment?

I actually want to enable created and modified fields of tickets in the
summary view of Organisations.
The checkbox for these fields is greyed out - as it is in _all_ other
modules.

How can I overcome this please?
