[Vtigercrm-developers] Apply filters on Popup contents?

vtiger 6.1.

I have some custom vtlib modules that have UI10 links to Organisations 
for specific purposes. The Organisation module has a picklist to 
identify the specific purposes.

I want to limit the list that appears in the Popup when you are adding 
an Organisation to the module.

What's the correct way to do this now? I'm assuming I create an override 
of layout/vlayout/modules/Vtiger/resources/Popup.js but I don't think I 
need any special templates?

This about right?
