Hi Rodrigo
if invoice created as paid, its not change... then wont work.
The way I look at it is it should work because the invoice has gone from “nothing” to “paid” therefore there is a change.
if the event is "Until the first time the condition is true", it go work until first time that the invoice is in status "paid", but will send email only once.
Sorry I don’t think I understand this. From the way I read it the email is sent everytime UNTIL it is marked as paid. Am I not understanding that event correctly?
As a work around I have created two workflows one that is triggered when the invoice is first created and the other one that is triggered when status is changed to paid. It is not optimal but it does work.

Thanks for the response
No I don’t use that event, the workflow is…
Module = “invoice”
Event = “everytime record is saved”
Condition = “status” has changed to “paid”
Task= send email
Using “Until the first time the condition is true” is the opposite of what we need. It would send an email every time the record is saved.

Do you used the event "Until the first time the condition is true"?

In vtiger 6.0 If you have a workflow that is triggered by a change event for example in our case when the invoice status is changed to paid. The event is not triggered when the invoice is created as paid.
In other words you need to create the invoice, save it, then open it again and change it to paid and save it again to trigger the workflow.
The expected operation is the workflow should be triggered when status = paid and invoice is new.
