[Vtigercrm-developers] Special characters and html encoding

Hi guys,

It seems special characters, for example the ampersand (&), get encoded for
html in the Ticket module's Title field. However, it doesn't get decoded on
display and looks really ugly.

For example, the following in a Ticket Title: "Tested & fixed problem"
Gets saved and displayed on all pages (including entities that link to the
ticket) as: "Tested & fixed problem"
