[Vtigercrm-developers] Outlook Issue

Hello,

   When synchronizing contacts from outlook to crm the contacts are updated
and the data is lost initially saved in the crm for that particular contact
i.e (data in the crm is updated by the outlook data and additional custom
fields data in crm also replaced by null value)

   Is there any work around for this issue ? When syncing from outlook to
crm is there a way to update only the basic fields and retain other values
in the crm.
