I want to disable Lead Conversion for all users in a VT6 system.

Running the above in a vtlib script does set the tool as disabled in 
*all* profiles, including Admin's, but if you are an admin you can still 
see the button in DetailView.

Is this a bug or expected behaviour?

If it's expected behaviour guess I'm going to have to hack the Leads 
model Module then?
